The GK104Pro, rebuilt in three.js
No mesh files and no 3D scan: every part of this keyboard is code. The base model was reconstructed from product photos with img2threejs, an open-source skill for AI coding agents. On top of it I added per-key RGB lighting, a key tester and swappable keycap sets, and rebuilt the three knobs.
What’s in it
- Base model: case, keycaps, screen and overall shape, generated by img2threejs from photos of the board.
- Per-key RGB: one light per key, leaking around the keycap edges and through the legends. All 96 keys render in a single draw call.
- Key test: turn it on and type on your own keyboard. The matching key presses down on the model.
- Swappable keycaps: pull the caps and drop in another set to see the bare switches.
- Knobs: rebuilt with a knurled grip. Scroll the mouse wheel over a knob to turn it one detent at a time, or tap it.
It’s a model, not a photo: proportions are close but not CAD-exact. Use the Controls button in the viewer for lighting effects, key test and keycaps. Desktop and recent phones work; it needs WebGL.
15-second render of the same model, captured frame by frame in a headless browser.
